Water and irrigation infrastructure, including well and pipe upkeep, is expected to cost another $1,000 annually. Animal care includes $300 for our free-range chickens and $2,000 for our small herd of goats, covering feed, shelter, and basic veterinary care. Electricity across the property—including the farmhouse, cabin, and retreat spaces—averages $6,000 per year.
