Let's Make it

We're blending tourism, education, and Nature together

Protecting History

Every dream begins with a vision. Ours is simple: to help people rediscover their connection to nature and history. With over 20 years of experience crafting powerful ways to teach and inspire, this small parcel of land will become a sanctuary—one that helps thousands reconnect with the wild world around them and thus creating a better world.

Why Now?

Eco-tourism is booming. And we’re already ahead of the curve with this property access and surrounds.

  • $1.8 Trillion global wellness tourism market.

  • Unique stays average 80% occupancy

  • Farm stays: 27% year-over-year growth in the area.

  • Charlotte region’s population is projected to grow by more than 50% by 2050, increasing from 3 million to 4.6 million residents.

  • Limited competition in rural NC with this level of access to nature.

Nature

is the antidote

In a world of noise and burnout, Indian Creek offers a return to rhythm. We’re building a nature retreat where guests reconnect—with the land, with each other, and with themselves. With mental health at crisis levels and eco-tourism on the rise, this is more than a vacation spot—it’s a movement.

The Mission

and vision

At Indian Creek Farm and Retreats, we help people remember what it feels like to be human. In a world dominated by screens, speed, and stress, we’ve lost something essential—our connection to nature and the history of our past. This disconnection affects health, relationships, and purpose. Anxiety and burnout are soaring, especially in cities, but studies show even brief time in nature can boost mental wellness, creativity, and resilience.

Indian Creek offers a response—not through apps, but through deep immersion in land, community, and nature’s rhythms. Our farm is more than a place to stay—it’s a living classroom and sanctuary. Guests don’t just sleep in the historic accommodations—they learn to keep bees, tend goats, forage for herbs, hunt with their cameras or listen to the creek.

People want purpose, not just rest. Indian Creek offers a bit of both—at the crossroads of regenerative farming, outdoor education, and wellness hospitality. It’s not just a retreat; it’s a blueprint for living better with the land and each other. We believe the future is wild—and we’re building it, one experience and magic moment at a time.
